Jumeirah Vittaveli introduces Friturier to Maldives

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Jumeirah Vittaveli is revolutionising the culinary bar scene in the Maldives with the introduction of a Friturier to serve creative bar-fare with its popular sundowners.

Friturier’ stems from traditional French culinary terminology and commonly signifies a cook who is an essential part of the kitchen hierarchy. The Jumeirah Vittaveli Friturier will serve guests at Bar-EE – the resort’s main bar adjacent to the pool – every day from 5-6pm, when guests can enjoy 2 for 1 ‘Sundowners’ while admiring the colourful Maldivian sunset.

The Friturier menu will include snacks such as Tempura Vegetable with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Jalapeno Poppers, and Prawn Arancini. Guests can choose from a select menu of classic and modern cocktails during this time.

Guests may also enjoy 2 for 1 after dinner drinks during ‘Unwinders’ from 9-11pm. The menu then will include more refined beverages with ingredients such as Cognac and aged Single Malts.
