Dhiraagu Maldives Gaming Conquest returns from 26 to 28 November
Dhiraagu Maldives Gaming Conquest (DMGC) 2026 is set to take place from 26 to 28 November 2026 at Kalaafaanu School, bringing together gamers and esports enthusiasts for three days of competitive tournaments, gaming activities and live entertainment.
Organised by Dhiraagu Gamers Guild (DGG), the event will feature competitions across mobile, PC and console gaming platforms, alongside interactive experiences for visitors. Entry to the event will be free.
The tournament will host the grand finals of PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Rocket League, with qualifying teams competing for championship titles. Details and registration information for EA SPORTS FC 27 and Tekken tournaments will be announced at a later date.
In addition to the esports competitions, visitors will have access to a range of gaming experiences, including virtual reality, racing simulators and Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). Further activities are expected to be announced ahead of the event.
DMGC 2026 follows last year’s tournament, which attracted more than 1,500 players from across the Maldives. This year’s edition will feature a total prize pool of MVR 150,000, providing further opportunities for competitive gamers to participate in organised esports tournaments.
The event forms part of Dhiraagu’s efforts to support the development of esports in the Maldives, while DGG continues to provide a platform for gaming enthusiasts to compete, connect and participate in the country’s growing gaming community.
