Chef Frank brings a wealth of expertise from his previous roles at renowned establishments such as Rosewood Bangkok and Grand Hyatt Singapore, where he showcased exceptional leadership and an unwavering commitment to quality. His strong background in fine dining and sustainable practices aligns perfectly with Alila’s vision of creating memorable experiences that emphasise local culture and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
