Alila Kothaifaru Maldives has announced the appointment of Frank Wackerhagen as its new Executive Chef. With over 15 years of experience in culinary excellence at some of the world’s most esteemed hotels and restaurants, Chef Frank is poised to elevate the resort’s gastronomic offerings.

Chef Frank brings a wealth of expertise from his previous roles at renowned establishments such as Rosewood Bangkok and Grand Hyatt Singapore, where he showcased exceptional leadership and an unwavering commitment to quality. His strong background in fine dining and sustainable practices aligns perfectly with Alila’s vision of creating memorable experiences that emphasise local culture and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
