Bandos Maldives triumphs at FHAM 2024 with 16 medals

Bandos Maldives has announced the remarkable success of its Food & Beverage team at the prestigious Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge 2024. The team achieved a total of 16 medals—4 Gold, 4 Silver, and 8 Bronze—demonstrating their culinary artistry and dedication to excellence.

Among the Gold Medal winners, Shiv Singh earned recognition for his outstanding Vegetarian Main Course, while Jagath Indika impressed the judges with his Artistic Pastry Show Piece. P. Pathirannahalage showcased his skills in Beef Hot Cooking, also claiming Gold. Additionally, Yallappa Patil received a Merit in Nescafe Creative Coffee.

In the Silver category, Shiv Singh secured another Silver for his Creative Dunar Rice Dish. Akash Milan’s expertise in Seafood Hot Cooking earned him Silver, and Shihan Madusha’s performance in Beef Hot Cooking resulted in yet another Silver. Putu Aditya was awarded Silver for his exceptional Nescafe Creative Coffee.

The Bronze Medals were awarded to Jagath Indika for his Fruit & Vegetable Carving, Akash Milan for his Appetiser (Hot or Cold), and Shihan Madusha for his Lamb Hot Cooking. Mohammad Nakib also took home Bronze for Seafood Hot Cooking. Premsagar Muninarayanappa and Ali Rasheed each received Bronze medals for their respective Appetisers (Hot or Cold) and Seafood Hot Cooking. Venuji Binalka won Bronze for Dress the Cake, while Dilli Khati earned Bronze for his Vegetarian Main Course.
