Kudafushi Resort & Spa appoints Shaaz Naseer as General Manager – Operations

Kudafushi Resort & Spa has announced the promotion of Shaaz Naseer from Resort Manager to General Manager – Operations. Known for his unwavering dedication and impactful leadership, Shaaz has been instrumental in the resort’s success since joining as an Executive Housekeeper during its pre-opening phase.

In recognition of his contributions, Shaaz was promoted to Resort Manager in 2021. His commitment and managerial acumen have made him a cornerstone of Kudafushi’s operational excellence and guest satisfaction, significantly advancing the resort’s standing in the Maldives.

Before joining Kudafushi, Shaaz garnered extensive experience in the hospitality industry with CCR properties, including Meeru Island Resort. His career there included senior roles as Executive Housekeeper, Reservations Manager, and Front Office Manager, providing him with a broad skill set that has proven invaluable in his leadership at Kudafushi.
