Job Description:

  1. Distributing office communiques and Magazines
  2. Collecting payments and depositing to the Bank
  3. Faxing, scanning and copying documents
  4. Ordering office supplies and stationery
  5. Help to coordinate distribution and maintain subscriber lists.
  6. Assisting with other special projects related to design and exhibitions
  7. Running errands and performing miscellaneous job- related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both in Dhivehi and English
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Work and e-mail communications
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve the company’s objectives
  • Driver’s license

Salary/Perks:
Salary and Benefits will be commensurate to the selected candidate’s contribution in achieving the objectives of the company. We would also like to highlight that we are looking for candidates who are older than 21 years. (Maldivian Nationals Only)
