Reservations Agent at Gili Lankanfushi

Job Description:
The Reservations Agent ensures flawless delivery and execution of service excellence to personal clients, agents and hosts.  Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:  processing of all reservation requests, changes and cancellations, explaining guarantees, special rates and the cancellation policy.  Special requests and requirements must be carefully recorded whilst using subtle sales techniques to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

• GCSE/ ’O’ levels
• Minimum one year experience in reservations, front office or similar position
• Ability to use IT communication systems effectively especially Opera, fax etc.
• Excellent level of spoken and written English plus Dhivehi and additional language an advantage
• Good communication skills both interpersonal and intrapersonal
