Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa appoints Greg Allan as new General Manager

Greg Allan has been appointed as the new General Manager of Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, with his tenure beginning on October 20, 2024.

Returning to Marriott, Greg brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry. His previous roles include serving as President & Chief Operating Officer at Aryaduta Hotel Group, Vice President of Operations for ASEAN at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and Area Vice President at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC. He also held the position of Vice President – Rooms, Food & Beverage at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore.

At Marriott International, Greg held several leadership positions, such as Area Director of Operations Southeast Asia and General Manager at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Thailand; Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza; and JW Marriott Jakarta Hotel & Marriott Executive Apartments Jakarta. He also managed F&B leadership responsibilities at Amman Marriott Hotel and JW Marriott Hotel Dubai.

In his most recent role, Greg served as Chief Operating Officer at PT Surya Internusa Hotels, overseeing the commercial, operational, and development plans for 11 branded hotels, including LXR Hilton, Melia Hotels, and BATIQA Hotels.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Greg is passionate about outdoor activities, photography, and staying informed on current affairs.
