Rushdhan brings a wealth of experience to the role, boasting a successful 13-year career in the hospitality industry. He is recognized for his exceptional leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the revenue management field, and innovative approach to driving growth. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in leading revenue, e-commerce, and reservations functions, implementing strategies that have ensured revenue maximization, guest satisfaction, and accurate data capture for various hospitality brands.

Prior to joining The Cocoon Collection, Rushdhan served as the Director of Revenue Management at Patina Maldives. He has also held key positions with other prominent hospitality groups in the Maldives, demonstrating a deep understanding of the local market and its unique dynamics.
