Pietro Addis appointed general manager at COMO Maalifushi, Maldives

COMO Hotels and Resorts has appointed Pietro Addis as the new general manager of COMO Maalifushi, Maldives.
Addis previously worked as area manager at Aman Resorts, Sri Lanka, and was responsible for the overall management of the two award-winning properties, Amangalla in Galle Fort, and Amanwella in Tangalle, Sri Lanka.
Addis joins the COMO family with over 7 years of experience in the hotel industry, in area and general manager positions.
After graduating from the University of Manchester in 1999, Addis worked at the Scott Dunn as product manager for two years before starting work at Cazenove & Loyd as divisional head for three years. He then moved on to India where he worked at the Shakti Himalaya as manager for two years.
COMO Maalifushi is the first luxury resort opened in Thaa atoll, Maldives.
