Best-selling author Amber Rae at LUX* South Ari Atoll encourages emotional wellness and personal growth
Called a “real-life Wonder Woman”, Amber Rae is a best-selling author based in New York who works as an illustrator, entrepreneur, and speaker who encourages emotional wellness and personal growth. From May 21 to 23, 2019, Amber Rae hosted two separate workshops at LUX* South Ari Atoll. One of the workshops was customised for couples and the second focused on personal growth. The first workshop on May 21 was named as Love & Wonder; Living Your Best Life as a Couple. Amber Rae and Farhad Attaie, otherwise known as Mr and Mrs Wonder guided guests through a journey to unlock more love, meaning, and depth in relationships.
Combining relatable stories with research-backed and personally tested techniques for celebrating the good stuff, navigating the hard stuff and creating the best life as a couple. Developing communication skills, conflict navigation, shared meaning, couple vision mapping and taking relationships to a deeper, and more meaningful place was the focus of this workshop.
The second workshop on May 23 was named after Amber’s bestselling book; Choose Wonder Over Worry; Move Beyond Fear & Doubt to Unlock Your Full Potential
The spotlight was on learning how to use the power of wonder to access more meaning, ease, and joy in life and breaking through the myths that hold people back as well as learning how to tap into the 3 C’s; courage, curiosity, and compassion to propel growth. Blending soulful conversation with research-based insights, guests were left with tools to navigate tricky emotions, build confidence in the unknown, and express their gifts.
