Resort Manager – Soneva Fushi
Following an internal promotion, Soneva is currently seeking a very special individual to join the team in the capacity of resort manager at Soneva Fushi
Key Duties
Reporting to The Guardian of the Experience (General Manager), you will ensure that the Soneva Core Purpose of Creating Imaginative and Engaging SLOW LIFE is delivered throughout the operations. Enhancing the reputation of the Soneva Brand as well as ensuring that all Strategic Operational Initiatives are executed across the Resort.
Skills and Qualifications
- A Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- A minimum of four years of experience as a resort manager, resident manager or hotel manager in luxury resorts/hotels
- Remote island experience would be an advantage
- Evidence of continuous learning and personal development
- Experience in managing budgets and P&Ls, creating short-, medium- and long-term goals for yourself and your direct reports
- Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills, knowledge of either German or Russian language would be an added advantage.
- A passion for sustainability and wellness
- The ability to communicate confidently and with charisma and empathy, present and share information effectively, and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Director of Revenue Management – Four Seasons Maldives
Four Seasons Maldives is hiring a director of revenue management for its resorts in Landaa Giraavaru and Kuda Huraa.
Key Duties
The DORM is responsible for the interpretation of business analytics into tactical strategy - provides focused expertise that will guide and direct the hotel(s) through effective and measurable revenue management initiatives. The Director of Revenue Management (DORM) is a shared services leadership position responsible for managing the Revenue Management and Reservations Call Center for Four Seasons Kuda Huraa, Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru, Four Seasons Explorer & Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah. As part of a shared services collection with shared ownership, the ability to embrace, collaborate and support the “Shared-Services Model” while aligning efficiencies within the cluster is essential.
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a university degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or Accounting.
- Minimum four years’ experience working in hotel revenue management or similar business analytics and strategy role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to write clearly and effectively
- Must be able to condense complex data into a meaningful strategy
- Ability to present contrarian viewpoints and gain consensus through business analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage time effectively, accordingly, handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working and communicating effectively with senior management
- Strong management skills
- Ideally, possess good knowledge and understanding of Four Seasons business principles to integrate brand strategy with local hotel initiatives and improve performance.

Purchasing Manager – Radisson Blu Resort Maldives
Radisson Blu Resort Maldives, Alif Dhaalu atoll is hiring a purchasing manager to join the resort’s Finance department.
Key Duties
The basic responsibilities of the Purchasing Manager is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Purchasing Department and to procure the items required by management at arm’s length and at the lowest possible price but without compromising quality. Ensuring ‘best practice’ purchasing standards are adopted, ensuring freight costs are kept to the bare minimum with smart forecasting, obtaining all necessary price quotations to facilitate effective decision making. In addition, you will work closely with the Cost Controller to ensure the smooth daily operations of the Stores.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least three to five years’ experience as purchasing manager in a 5-star international resort
