Lily Beach Resort shines at FHAM 2024 with multiple culinary awards

Lily Beach Resort & Spa has announced its outstanding achievements at the prestigious Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge and Exhibition, held from September 23rd to 25th, 2024.

Competing against top culinary talent from across the Maldives, Lily Beach’s team of exceptional chefs secured numerous awards, reinforcing the resort’s reputation for delivering world-class and mouthwatering dining experiences.

The awards include:

Chef Nuwan Taranga – Chef de Cuisine:

  • Top Gold Medal – Best Italian Chef
  • Silver Medal – Seafood – Hot Cooking
  • Silver Medal – Traditional Italian Main Dishes
  • Bronze Medal – Lamb Hot Cooking

Chef Muhammad Rafly Sofyana – Chef de Partie:
