Grand Park Kodhipparu promotes Junaid Ahmed to Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms

Grand Park Kodhipparu, Maldives has announced the promotion of Junaid Ahmed from Front Office Manager to Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms. This well-deserved recognition comes as a testament to Junaid’s nearly two decades of dedication, expertise, and leadership in the hospitality industry.

Junaid’s journey in hospitality began in 2004 as an excursion guide at Kurumba Maldives. Over the years, he transitioned into various roles, including Receptionist, Airport Representative, Butler, Front Office Supervisor, Night Manager, Duty Manager, and Assistant Front Office Manager. These experiences helped him hone his skills, develop his leadership abilities, and build a deep understanding of front-office operations.

In his previous role as Front Office Manager at Grand Park Kodhipparu, Junaid led a dynamic team focused on creating seamless and personalised guest experiences. He prioritised fostering a culture of teamwork and was instrumental in elevating service standards at the resort. Junaid’s expertise in anticipating guest needs and ensuring memorable stays has consistently set him apart in the industry.

As the Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms, Junaid will oversee the operations of the resort’s rooms division, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and the delivery of exceptional service. His focus will remain on maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction while driving operational efficiency and innovation.
