Dhigali Maldives appoints Sivabhaskar Reddy as new Director of Rooms

Dhigali Maldives has announced the appointment of Sivabhaskar Reddy (Siva) as its new Director of Rooms. With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Siva brings extensive knowledge and a strong background in delivering high-quality guest experiences.

In his role, Siva will oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments. His responsibilities include ensuring service excellence, maintaining operational standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. With a proven record in hotel operations, he is expected to make a positive contribution to Dhigali Maldives’ continued growth.

Prior to joining Dhigali Maldives, Siva held senior positions at several Anantara hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka, Desert Island, Oman, and Ras Al Khaimah. During this time, he developed and implemented operational strategies, improved efficiencies, and introduced standard operating procedures to strengthen performance and guest satisfaction.
