Hotelier Maldives and Storm Events extend partnership to GM Forum 2025
Hotelier Maldives, the leading hospitality media group in Maldives, has announced Storm Events, part of Think Associates, as the Organising Partner for the upcoming General Managers (GM) Forum 2025, which will take place at Kurumba Maldives on 13 October 2025.
This marks the second event where Storm Events partners with Hotelier Maldives, following their role as Organising Partner for the Hotelier Maldives Awards 2025 held in June.
The GM Forum 2025 will be held under the theme ‘Digitalisation and Expanding Experiences’, addressing the evolving guest journey in the hospitality industry. The event is expected to bring together senior leaders and decision-makers from across the Maldivian tourism sector for keynote sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
Ismail Maiz, Agency Director at Think Associates and Storm Events, expressed his organisation’s commitment to supporting industry initiatives: “We are proud to extend our collaboration with Hotelier Maldives as Organising Partner of the GM Forum 2025. At Storm Events, we believe in creating platforms that enable dialogue and collaboration across industries, and the GM Forum is one of the most important gatherings for the country’s hospitality sector. Following the success of the Hotelier Maldives Awards earlier this year, we look forward to working closely with Hotelier Maldives to deliver another impactful event.”
Ali Naafiz, Editor of Hotelier Maldives, added: “We are pleased to once again work with Storm Events as our Organising Partner. Their expertise in event management was instrumental in the success of the Hotelier Maldives Awards 2025, and we are confident that the GM Forum will benefit greatly from their professional support.”
