Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa has announced the promotion of Meigan Saldanha to Rooms Division Manager, marking a significant milestone in recognition of his leadership, operational expertise, and continued commitment to the warm and intuitive service associated with the Sheraton brand. Effective November 2025, the appointment reinforces the resort’s focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, strengthening service consistency, and ensuring seamless coordination across all guest-facing departments.

With more than two decades of experience across leading luxury hospitality brands in the Maldives, Seychelles, Dubai, and India, Meigan has earned a reputation as a respected and motivating leader. Since joining Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa in 2023 as Front Office Manager, he has played an important role in shaping guest experiences through hands-on leadership and steady guidance for associates. His rapport with both guests and colleagues continues to reflect the welcoming spirit that characterises the Sheraton experience.

During his tenure at the resort, Meigan has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, particularly during high-occupancy periods and complex service situations. In his new role, he will focus on enhancing arrival experiences, fostering stronger communication between Front Office and Housekeeping, and supporting consistent service delivery across all guest touchpoints. His vision is centred on cultivating a Rooms Division defined by efficiency, warmth, and effective teamwork, contributing to memorable stays that reflect Sheraton hospitality at its best.
