JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa promotes Analiezl Lising as Director of Sales & Marketing
JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa has announced the promotion of Analiezl Lising to Director of Sales & Marketing, recognising her contribution to the resort’s commercial strategy and market development.
Lising joined the resort five years ago as Sales Manager and progressed through successive roles, building experience across sales planning, partnership development and market engagement. During this period, she has worked closely with regional and international partners to support revenue performance and brand visibility.
In her new role, Lising will oversee the resort’s sales and marketing functions, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, strengthening trade relationships and aligning brand positioning across key source markets. Her appointment reflects the resort’s focus on internal development and leadership continuity.
JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa stated that Lising’s approach to collaboration and execution has supported cross-functional coordination and long-term planning, contributing to the resort’s performance in a competitive market.
The resort added that it looks forward to Lising’s leadership as she takes on expanded responsibilities within the JW Marriott portfolio in the Maldives.
