JOALI BEING appoints Antonia Mitic as Director of Food and Beverage
JOALI BEING has appointed Antonia Mitic as its new Director of Food & Beverage, strengthening the resort’s leadership team as it continues to develop its culinary offering.
Mitic brings nearly two decades of experience in luxury food and beverage operations across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Europe, Saudi Arabia and international cruise lines. Most recently, she served as General Manager and F&B Strategist at Sindalah, the luxury island destination under the NEOM development in the Red Sea.
At Sindalah, Mitic led the pre-opening and launch of six dining venues, including a yacht club, overseeing concept development, operational planning and service delivery. Her background includes senior roles focused on high-end dining concepts and international collaborations.
At JOALI BEING, Mitic will take charge of the resort’s culinary portfolio, which includes a range of signature kitchens aligned with the property’s well-living philosophy, as well as restaurants offering Mediterranean, Japanese and international cuisines.
In her new role, she will work closely with the resort’s food and beverage team to refine service standards, enhance the guest dining experience and develop new concepts across the island.
JOALI BEING said Mitic’s appointment reflects its focus on strengthening leadership in key operational areas as the resort continues to expand its wellness-led hospitality offering in the Maldives.
