MIC Group promotes Mohamed Nisham to Chief Financial Officer
Maldives Inflight Catering (MIC) Group has announced the promotion of Mohamed Nisham from Chief Financial Controller to Chief Financial Officer.
Nisham joined MIC Group as Chief Financial Controller in February 2025, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership within the Maldivian hospitality industry. Since joining the Group, he has played an important role in strengthening financial discipline, supporting operational efficiency and advancing a more strategic approach to financial management across its business units.
In his expanded role as Chief Financial Officer, Nisham will lead the Group’s financial strategy, planning and governance. His responsibilities will include overseeing financial performance, budgeting, risk management, regulatory compliance, investment evaluation and financial systems, while working closely with the leadership teams across the Group to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

Nisham holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Suffolk. Before joining MIC Group, he served as Financial Controller at Oaga Art Resort and held senior finance positions at Amilla Maldives and Anantara Kihavah Villas.
