Alila Kothaifaru Maldives appoints new sales & marketing team members

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives has strengthened its Sales & Marketing team with the appointment of two seasoned professionals, reinforcing its commitment to elevating brand visibility and guest engagement.

Krisnha Kusuma brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing and content creation, having worked with esteemed hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt. His career began with an internship at Hilton Bali Resort, where he developed a passion for marketing. He later joined Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta as a graphic designer before transitioning to Intercontinental Bali Resort, where he specialised in content creation. Most recently, at Alila Seminyak under Hyatt, he managed content production and social media, gaining international recognition. His expertise is expected to enhance Alila Kothaifaru Maldives’ digital presence and engagement.

Michelle Jamison joins the team with extensive experience across the Philippines, Qatar, and the Maldives. Her career began with an internship at The Manila Peninsula Hotel, followed by six years at The Ritz-Carlton Doha, where she advanced from F&B and Culinary Coordinator to Marketing Communications & PR Executive. She later took on marketing and communications roles at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa and Lily Beach Resort & Spa in the Maldives. Before joining Alila Kothaifaru Maldives, she managed PR and marketing for JA Resorts & Hotels’ Indian Ocean properties, based at JA Manafaru. Her knowledge and expertise will play a key role in strengthening the resort’s brand and public relations efforts.

Dwi Kumalasari, Director of Sales & Marketing, expressed excitement about the new appointments, stating, “Krisnha and Michelle bring exceptional expertise that will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and marketing strategies.
