Ibrahim Faisal, joining as Sales Manager, brings with him over 20 years of experience across luxury hospitality and global travel. With a career spanning key roles at Soneva, Six Senses and leading B2B partners, he blends strategic vision with a personal, relationship-driven approach. With his deep knowledge of reservations, sales and guest relations Faisal is perfectly placed to represent Baros with authenticity and vision in a changing global landscape.

At the helm of Baros’s Serenity Spa, Sujitra Worapotpirom brings nearly two decades of wellness expertise shaped by experience with brands such as Anantara, Pullman and Baglioni. Originally from Thailand, her journey from therapist to manager reflects a leadership style rooted in empathy, collaboration and an intuitive sense of guest wellbeing. Sujitra now brings this spirit to Baros – infusing Serenity Spa with Thai-inspired wellbeing and thoughtful innovation designed to nurture mind, body and soul.
