BML Academy partners with INCEIF University to strengthen professional development

Bank of Maldives Academy has established a strategic partnership with INCEIF University to expand access to globally recognised professional development opportunities for BML employees.

The partnership will provide Bank employees with access to INCEIF University’s internationally recognised programmes in Islamic finance, executive education, professional certifications, and specialised training. It will also create opportunities for knowledge sharing, leadership development, and industry engagement to support the continued growth of the financial sector.

BML Academy is the Bank’s dedicated training and development arm, established to support the continuous development of banking professionals through internationally recognised education and training. The Academy has previously established partnerships with Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) and Singapore Management University (SMU) to organise and deliver programmes dedicated to the development of BML employees and to promote learning across the organization.

BML Academy continues to build strategic partnerships with leading institutions to expand access to high-quality learning opportunities that contribute to the advancement of the banking and financial services industry in the Maldives.
