Canareef Resort Maldives appoints Brenda Prosper as Human Resources Manager

Canareef Resort Maldives has announced the appointment of Brenda Prosper as the new Human Resources Manager. With a rich background in hospitality and HR management, Brenda brings a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering positive work environments to her new role.

Brenda began her illustrious career in 2013 as an HR Coordinator during the pre-opening of the 5-star Savoy Resort & Spa in Seychelles. Her journey continued at Creole Travel Services, a leading Destination Management Company in Seychelles, where she served as an HR Officer. This role marked the start of a dynamic career path that led her to the UAE, where she contributed her expertise to the 5-star Anantara Desert Island Resorts in Abu Dhabi and Bin Majid Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah.

Her dedication and skills were further recognised during her tenure as Assistant HR Manager at Komandoo Island Resort in the Maldives. Brenda’s exceptional performance led to her promotion to HR Manager after just one year. Following this success, she returned to Seychelles to join the 5-star Anantara Maia Seychelles as Assistant People & Culture Manager, continuing her commitment to enhancing employee experiences and organisational culture.

Brenda’s career is characterised by her unwavering commitment to creating a positive work environment and working with diverse cultures. Her leadership style, rooted in integrity, has earned her the respect and trust of her colleagues. As HR Manager at Canareef Resort Maldives, Brenda is dedicated to fostering a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and employee well-being and development.
