Conrad Maldives Rangali Island appoints Dr Abhilash SC as Resident Wellness Practitioner

Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has announced the addition of Dr Abhilash SC, a certified Yoga and Naturopathy doctor, to its growing wellness offering. With more than five years of experience across luxury resorts and healing centres in India and the Maldives, Dr Abhilash brings an intuitive, nature-inspired approach to holistic wellbeing that complements the resort’s philosophy.

Rooted in traditional Indian naturopathy and yogic science, his therapies harness the body’s innate rhythms and the restorative power of the five natural elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space. Guests can look forward to bespoke sessions designed to harmonise physical and emotional energy through a combination of therapeutic yoga, breathwork, acupressure, and Ayurvedic practices.

Among his signature treatments are Yoga Nidra, a guided meditative experience promoting deep relaxation; Omkara Meditation, a rhythmic sound-based practice using chanting; and naturopathic lifestyle consultations tailored to individual wellness goals. Additional holistic therapies include reflexology, acupressure, herbal steam baths, and Ayurvedic massages such as Abhyanga.

The appointment of Dr Abhilash underscores Conrad Maldives’ continued commitment to curated wellness experiences deeply anchored in nature and tradition. His sessions will be held at the Spa Retreat, providing guests with a tranquil environment to pause, breathe, and restore balance.
