Beginning her career at Constance Lemuria Seychelles as a Reservations Supervisor, Manjoola has shown remarkable growth and leadership. Her journey took her to Constance Prince Maurice in Mauritius, where she spent two decades refining her skills and evolving from Sales / Guest Relations Manager to Executive Assistant Manager, embodying a commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Recently appointed as Executive Assistant Manager in the Maldives, Manjoola’s progression highlights her valuable contributions and demonstrates Constance Hotels & Resorts’ confidence in her abilities. Her career path illustrates the supportive and empowering environment, which encourages individuals to excel and assume leadership roles in the luxury hospitality industry.
