Dhiraagu announces return of Maldives’ largest gaming tournament

Dhiraagu announced the return of the Dhiraagu Maldives Gaming Conquest 2026 (DMGC), the largest gaming event held in the Maldives.

Dhiraagu Gamers Guild continues to lead esports in the Maldives, with DMGC established as the largest and most remarkable gaming event of the year. Last year’s tournament drew more than 1,500 players from across the country, a testament to the tournament’s success, and the rising demand for competitive esports in the Maldives.

Building on that momentum, DMGC brings together players across mobile, PC, and console platforms, giving the local gaming community a real competitive stage while helping grow the wider Maldives esports scene. This year’s lineup includes Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG Mobile, Rocket League, FC26, and Tekken 8.

Registration for DMGC qualifiers will open soon and is completely free, giving players from across the Maldives the opportunity to compete for a share of the MVR 150,000 prize pool.

This tournament highlights Dhiraagu’s continued commitment to advancing esports in the Maldives and reinforces DGG’s leadership in building a strong and inclusive digital entertainment community.
