ELE|NA, the wellness brand redefining hospitality through nature-based healing, cultural storytelling, and sustainable luxury, has announced the promotion of Arlisya Murninda to Director of Marketing, Communications and Business Development. This strategic advancement marks a significant milestone in ELE|NA’s continued growth across the Maldives, Middle East, and India.
Known affectionately as Sasha, Arlisya has been a key figure in crafting ELE|NA’s brand identity since joining the company. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and wellness across Bali, Singapore, and the Maldives, she brings a blend of cultural sensitivity and strategic insight to her role. Her leadership has been central to positioning ELE|NA as a frontrunner in sustainable wellness and purpose-driven guest experiences.
Arlisya’s work has earned international recognition, with ELE|NA being celebrated for its authentic and accessible wellness approach rooted in local heritage. She was recently honoured with the Hospitality Shining Star Award by the Hoteliers Circle Organization and is currently nominated for Marketer of the Year at the upcoming Hotelier Maldives Awards 2025.
