ELE|NA appoints Ni Made Yani Kartini as Assistant Vice President

ELE|NA, the wellness lifestyle brand recognised for redefining hospitality through nature-inspired healing and transformative guest experiences, has announced the promotion of Ni Made Yani Kartini to the position of Assistant Vice President – Revenue Strategy and Project Management.

Yani began her career with ELE|NA in 2017 as a Spa Manager, bringing with her extensive experience as a spa therapist in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Palau. Over the years, she progressed through leadership roles, including Cluster Spa and Wellness Director, and now steps into a strategic role that will support ELE|NA’s expansion into new sanctuaries in the Maldives and India.

In her new position, Yani will be responsible for leading revenue development, enhancing policies and procedures, and overseeing project planning across ELE|NA’s growing portfolio. Her work will focus on process improvement and operational efficiency, assessing systems, identifying opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions designed to streamline performance while upholding ELE|NA’s standards for guest experience.

Earlier this year, Yani was nominated for Wellness Personality of the Year at the Hotelier Maldives Awards 2025 in recognition of her leadership and contributions to the spa and wellness industry.
