First 2026 cruise ship arrives in Maldives with 479 passengers

The first cruise ship of the year, MS Crystal Symphony, arrived in the Maldives with 479 passengers on board.

The vessel arrived last Monday from Mahé, according to officials. Maldives Immigration cleared 479 passengers and 491 crew members upon arrival.

The ship is scheduled to continue its voyage to Colombo, with the cruise set to conclude in Mumbai.

MS Crystal Symphony was also the first cruise ship to arrive in the Maldives last year.
