Heritance Aarah Maldives named Most Outstanding Culinary Organisation at FHAM 2024
Heritance Aarah Maldives, a premium all-inclusive resort in the Raa Atoll, has been recognised as the Most Outstanding Culinary Organisation at the 2024 Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives Global Culinary Challenge and Exhibition (FHAM). This marks the resort’s second win of this esteemed title. Competing against 65 other resorts, Heritance Aarah stood out by winning a remarkable 39 awards, including 14 Gold Awards and 10 prestigious special awards.
Among the notable accolades, the resort excelled in categories such as Best Chef, Best Pastry Chef, Most Outstanding Artist, Winner of Plated Appetisers, Plated Three-Course Meal Winner, and Creative Rice Dish Winner.
Known for its exceptional culinary offerings, Heritance Aarah invites guests to enjoy a diverse dining experience across seven distinct restaurants and five vibrant bars. Diners can indulge in world-class buffets and expertly curated meals by award-winning chefs and Culinary Olympians, making every meal an unforgettable part of their Maldivian adventure.
Each of the seven dining venues offers a unique culinary experience. At Ranba, guests are treated to Asian and international dishes, while Ralu serves French and Italian specialties. Ginifati focuses on fresh seafood and expertly grilled selections, Baani offers innovative fusion cuisine, and Hathaa presents urban street food inspired by Tokyo. Ambula showcases contemporary Sri Lankan and Maldivian flavours, with an extensive vegan menu as well. The resort’s five bars serve a range of creative cocktails and premium spirits, with Bandhi Bar, the main pool bar, offering a relaxed atmosphere with shisha and pizza. Sky Bar offers stunning sunset views along with classic and signature cocktails, while Falhu specialises in aged spirits and biodynamic wines. Ralu Lounge Bar boasts the region’s largest selection of rum and tiki cocktails.
