Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives appoints Mohamed Riza as Executive Assistant Manager

Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives has announced the promotion of Mohamed Riza to the role of Executive Assistant Manager, effective from 1 July 2025.

Riza has been a dedicated member of the Kandooma team since December 2009, when he joined as Executive Housekeeper. In July 2013, he was promoted to Rooms Division Manager, a position in which he consistently showcased strong leadership and operational acumen.

Throughout the years, Riza has played a pivotal role in the resort’s development, demonstrating unwavering dedication and professionalism. His calm leadership approach, in-depth understanding of the resort, and consistent delivery of results have earned him the admiration of both colleagues and guests.

In his new capacity as Executive Assistant Manager, Riza will assume wider responsibilities across core operational departments, further reinforcing Kandooma’s commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
