IVD Order Taker at Gili Lankanfushi

Job Description:
As an order-taker, you will answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently using correct greetings and telephone etiquette and take In-villa dining orders from guests. You will up-sell and cross-sell menu items and ensure that all orders are expedited in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Must be a Maldivian National
• Completed GCE’O” Level or higher
• Basic computer knowledge (Micros or other POS Systems)
• Knowledge of food and wine an asset
• A good level of spoken and  written English and Dhivehi
• Must be an effective listener and good at understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by guests

Salary/Perks:
