JOALI Maldives makes statement with 4-0 victory, advances to Tekkers Resort Cup Semi-Finals
In an exciting quarter-final match of the Tekkers Resort Cup 2024, JOALI Maldives demonstrated their exceptional skill by defeating Soneva Jani with a commanding 4-0 victory. The match, held at Siyam World, solidified JOALI Maldives’ reputation as strong contenders in the tournament.
During the first half, JOALI Maldives took early control, scoring two goals against Soneva Jani, who struggled to respond. The momentum carried into the second half, where JOALI Maldives added two more goals, ending the match with a decisive four-goal lead.
Muslim Mohamed, the captain of JOALI Maldives, was recognised as the Man of the Match for his remarkable performance, leading his team both on and off the field.
This victory propels JOALI Maldives directly into the semi-finals, where they will face the champions of the North Kaafu zone. The North Kaafu zone matches are set to begin on October 9th at Kurumba Maldives, setting the stage for another thrilling chapter in the Tekkers Resort Cup 2024.
