JOALI opens applications for 2025 sustainability fund

With a steadfast dedication to nurturing the planet, JOALI Maldives and JOALI BEING have announced the opening of applications for the JOALI Sustainability Fund 2025. As part of the brand’s mission to inspire and empower, this fund supports local innovation and community upliftment across Raa Atoll by offering grants of up to USD 3,000 for five impactful initiatives.

The Sustainability Fund 2025 invites proposals that align with JOALI’s four guiding sustainability pillars:

  • Joy of Preserving – Safeguarding the Planet: Focused on conservation efforts, including reef restoration and environmental education, to reinforce the natural harmony of the atoll.
  • Joy of Nurturing – Fostering Wellbeing: Encourages holistic health through initiatives that support physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
  • Joy of Empowering – Creating Platforms for Women: Advocates for female education, vocational training, and social entrepreneurship to elevate women’s societal roles.Joy of Conserving – Promoting Ethical Consumption: Supports projects aimed at waste reduction, responsible sourcing, and the conservation of water and energy.
