Kandima Maldives appoints Mohamed Iujaz Zuhair as Resort Manager

Kandima Maldives has announced the appointment of Mohamed Iujaz Zuhair as the new Resort Manager. With a career spanning over 14 years in the luxury hospitality industry, Iujaz is set to lead the island resort’s operations and guest experience strategy as the island continues to push the boundaries of active lifestyle holiday experiences in the Maldives.

Prior to joining Kandima, Iujaz served as Resort Manager at Villa Nautica Maldives, where he led the property’s successful rebranding, implemented Forbes service standards, and drove significant operational enhancements across the 282-villa resort. His career also includes key leadership roles at Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa, Conrad Maldives, and Four Seasons Resort Maldives.
