Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa welcomes Mohamed Nooradhdheen as Director of Human Resources
Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Mohamed Nooradhdheen (Nooray) as the new Director of Human Resources. With over 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Nooray brings extensive expertise and leadership to this new position.
Throughout his career, Nooray has held leadership roles at renowned properties such as Vakkaru Maldives, Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi, Soneva Jani, and Six Senses Laamu. His professional background encompasses recruitment, employee development, and strategic HR planning, underscoring his commitment to creating a positive workplace culture.
Nooray began his HR career as a coordinator at White Sands Resort & Spa in 2006 and quickly progressed through roles of increasing responsibility. His career includes notable leadership positions at Coco Bodu Hithi & Coco Prive Pvt Island, where he played a pivotal role in establishing HR operations during pre-openings at several prestigious resorts.
In his most recent position as Director of Human Resources at Vakkaru Maldives, Nooray managed a workforce of over 350 employees, showcasing his capability in leading and developing HR teams while driving positive organisational change. His dedication to staff welfare and development, combined with his extensive knowledge of HR software systems, positions him as a valuable addition to the Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa team. As the Director of Human Resources, Nooray will focus on aligning HR strategies with the company’s objectives to ensure continuous growth and employee satisfaction.
