Lily Beach Resort & Spa unveils exclusive wine tasting extravaganza with Julia Wolf of Balthasar Ress Winery to kickstart 30th anniversary celebrations

Kickstarting the year with a bang, Lily Beach Resort & Spa is set to elevate its culinary offerings with an exclusive wine tasting event featuring Julia Wolf, MBA in Management in Wine Business and Export Manager for Balthasar Ress Winery, the largest organic wine estate in Hessen, since 2019. 

On Sunday 21st January, Julia will host a Balthasar Fine Rieslings and fine Pinot Noirs Wine tasting at Vibes Pavilion, followed by a Balthasar Wine Pairing Dinner on Monday on January 22nd at the resort’s fine-dining venue – Les Turquoise d’Aqua. These elegant events will be an exquisite experience for wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. Guests who wish to indulge in this unique event will need to sign up prior as it is a limited seating event. 

The event will showcase a carefully curated selection of Balthasar Ress wines, known for their exceptional quality and unique flavours. Julia will guide guests through a journey of the senses, sharing her extensive knowledge and passion for wine and food pairing. Guests can anticipate an evening of sophistication as they savour each sip and indulge in the culinary delights expertly crafted to complement the showcased wines.
