Visit Maldives, has promoted Maldives at the East Mediterranean International Travel and Tourism Exhibition (EMITT) 2024, held at the Tuyap Fair and Congress Centre in Istanbul, Turkey from February 6th to 9th, 2024. With a robust delegation of 19 representatives from 12 companies within the Maldives tourism industry, the event serves as a prime platform to showcase the allure of the Maldives to the East Mediterranean market.
EMITT stands as one of the largest travel trade shows in the East Mediterranean region, offering a crucial opportunity to bolster the Maldives brand as the premier holiday destination in the area. With the increasing direct connectivity to the Maldives, the market’s potential is on a steady rise, reflected in the growing number of arrivals.
