Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, has reconnected the northernmost atolls with Trivandrum, India, with the resumption of flights from Hanimaadhoo International Airport. The twice-weekly flights operate on Fridays and Mondays, catering to peak travel periods. Passengers departing Hanimaadhoo can expect to arrive in Trivandrum within a smooth 1 hour and 45 minutes on a comfortable Dash 8 aircraft. The return flights from Trivandrum to Hanimaadhoo offer a similar travel time.
