New Feydhoo Hall positions dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives as MICE Hub
Dusit Hotels and Resorts, the hotel division of Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hospitality and property development companies, has announced a significant milestone for its newest lifestyle resort, dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, with the forthcoming launch of Feydhoo Hall. The new venue introduces an accessible and elegant space designed to bring fresh energy to the Maldives’ meetings and events landscape.
Located just seven minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport in Malé, dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives has already established a strong presence with its creative atmosphere, social spirit, and premium all-inclusive concept that blends freedom, fun, and sophistication within a striking island setting. With Feydhoo Hall scheduled to open in Q1 2026, the resort is set to expand its appeal beyond leisure, positioning itself as a dynamic destination for corporate retreats, weddings, and bespoke events.
Situated away from the main villa and leisure areas to ensure privacy and focus, the 360 sq m hall provides a refined environment where style and functionality meet. Fully equipped with modern audio-visual technology, projectors, microphones, and a complete sound system, the versatile space can accommodate up to 240 guests for conferences, 120 for banquets, and 150 for cocktail receptions. Dedicated breakout rooms enhance its suitability for smaller group sessions.
Bright and contemporary in design, the hall offers air-conditioned interiors illuminated by natural daylight and direct access to the Veranda Terrace—an outdoor extension well suited for open-air gatherings, cocktail receptions, and sunset events. All event attendees will also benefit from complimentary transfers for added convenience.
“At dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, our goal is to create experiences that feel effortless, memorable, and full of energy,” said Yogeswaran Veerasamy, General Manager of dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives. “With the opening of Feydhoo Hall, we’re excited to extend that same spirit to events and celebrations, offering a contemporary, flexible space where creativity can thrive and every occasion feels truly special. Bookings for 2026 and beyond are now open, and we look forward to welcoming guests to connect, celebrate, and collaborate in this unique island setting.”
To cater to the evolving needs of corporate clients, the resort has introduced a range of meetings and events packages offering value and convenience. Options include half-day (four-hour) and full-day (eight-hour) meeting packages comprising welcome refreshments, a coffee break with assorted snacks, stationery supplies, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary transfers for non-resident guests.
The Executive Package (eight hours) includes all-day coffee and snacks, a gourmet buffet or fine-dining lunch, advanced audio-visual equipment with video conferencing capabilities, and additional bespoke benefits ideal for leadership retreats and strategic workshops.
Couples planning an island wedding may also choose from a selection of packages starting at USD 4,600++, featuring a decorated beach ceremony, a romantic three-course dinner, luxurious spa treatments for the couple, and a range of personalised enhancements.
Event and meeting attendees wishing to extend their stay can explore the resort’s 127 contemporary villas across seven categories, ranging from 77 to 306 sq m. Each villa combines modern comfort with tropical design elements, with most offering open-plan layouts, expansive decks, and private plunge pools.
Resort guests also have access to a wide selection of all-inclusive leisure and dining experiences, including the signature Namm Spa, a multi-court sports centre, and a diverse range of restaurants and lounges. These include Midi, a Mediterranean-inspired beach club; Soi, which showcases modern Thai cuisine; The Cocoon, a lively café-bar; and Baravelli, an inviting all-day dining destination.
