Pulse Hotels’ Mohamed Shafraz Hafiz to deliver key insights at AHTF Asia

Mohamed Shafraz Hafiz, Director of Digital Technology & Marketing at Pulse Hotels & Resorts, will deliver a keynote speech at the International Hotel Technology Forum Asia (AHTF) and participate in a panel discussion.

In his keynote, Shafraz will explore the role of technology in enhancing storytelling within hospitality marketing. He will share real-life examples of how storytelling can elevate a brand’s identity and improve customer perception. Additionally, he will discuss how marketing can craft cohesive messages across different customer touchpoints and address whether storytelling is essential for lifestyle hotel marketing.

Shafraz will also take part in a panel discussion on responsible sustainability in hotel marketing, alongside Augustine Quek, Director at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and Olivier Berrivin, Vice President – APAC at BWH Hotels. The session will be chaired by Nicholas Wyatt, Head of R&A, Travel & Tourism at GlobalData.

  • Data from GlobalData’s Q2 2023 Consumer Survey, showing that 22% of Gen X, 27% of Millennials, and 25% of Gen Z are loyal to sustainable brands. Can marketing emphasise sustainability to enhance a brand’s image?
