Qatar Airways and Iberia announce new codeshare agreement

The national carrier of Qatar, Qatar Airways and Spain’s flagship carrier Iberia airline have announced a new codeshare agreement under the Oneworld alliance.
The codeshare partnership will touch on over 25 routes starting March 20.
New Qatar operated routes by Iberia will be from Madrid to A Coruna, Alicante, Almeria, Asturias, Bilbao, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria/Las Palmas, Granada, Ibiza, Jerez de la Frontera, Lanzarote, Lisbon, Logrono-Agoncillo, Malaga, Melilla, Palma Mallorca, Pamplona, Porto, San Sebastian, Santa Cruz de la Palma, Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Seville, Tenerife North, Tenerife South, Valencia, and Vigo.
The new Iberia operated route by Qatar will be from Doha to Madrid.
Qatar Airways is the state-owned flag carrier of Qatar headquartered in Doha with its hub located at Hamad International Airport.
Iberia airline is Spain’s flag carrier and was founded in 1927. It is headquartered in Madrid with its hub at Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
