Renato De Oliveira Appointed General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands

The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands has appointed Renato De Oliveira as the luxury resort’s new general manager. He will be responsible for the resort’s business strategy and overall operations and ensuring brand initiatives are met through The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

With hospitality degrees from both Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and Swiss Hotel Association Management School – Les Roches, De Oliveira brings over seventeen years of luxury hospitality experience to The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands. Furthermore, he has been with Marriott’s The Ritz-Carlton brand since 2004, having held leadership positions at Hotel Arts Barcelona, The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. He is returning to the brand after performing as the general manager at the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur.
