Six Senses Kanuhura appoints Alicia Graham as new General Manager
Six Senses Kanuhura has announced the appointment of Alicia Graham as General Manager. With over 27 years of international experience in luxury hospitality, including more than six years in senior roles within Six Senses, she brings a strong alignment with the brand’s values and ethos.
Alicia’s hospitality career began at the age of 16 and has since taken her across Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. Originally from Australia, she spent many years on the Gold Coast and possesses an innate understanding of tropical beach resort culture—making her a natural fit for Kanuhura. Her experience includes notable roles at Six Senses Yao Noi in Thailand and Hayman Island on the Great Barrier Reef, further underscoring her affinity for island life.
Recognised for her empathetic and hands-on leadership style, Alicia is deeply committed to wellness, team empowerment, and guest-centred service. Her calm demeanour and people-first approach have earned her a reputation as both a respected leader and mentor. She believes in fostering inclusive environments where every voice is valued, stating that when teams feel truly heard, they bring energy, ownership, and heart to their work.
