Crown & Champa Resorts  (CCR) proudly announces the promotion of Ahmed Shaheen from Director of Sales and  Marketing to the position of Chief Commercial Leader. With an illustrious career spanning over years, Shaheen’s journey from a Billing Clerk at Rangali under Crown Company to his recent promotion as Chief Commercial Leader at CCR exemplifies the epitome of dedication, perseverance, and leadership in the realm of hospitality.

Shaheen’s ascent through the ranks is a testament to his unwavering commitment and  passion for excellence. From his humble beginnings in various departments at Veligandu to  his pivotal role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Crown & Champa Resorts, Shaheen has  continuously demonstrated his prowess in navigating through challenges and steering his  teams towards success. 

During the tumultuous times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Shaheen’s leadership came to the  forefront as he adeptly led his team through market fluctuations and uncertainties. A Hotel Graduate from Maldives National University and  Taylor’s University, Malaysia, Ahmed’s pursuit of excellence led him to enroll in the General  Managers’ Program at Cornell University, USA, in 2024, further honing his skills and  knowledge.
