Four Seasons Resorts Maldives opens recruitment for 2026 apprenticeship programme
Four Seasons Resorts Maldives has announced the opening of recruitment for the 2026 class of its Hospitality Apprenticeship Programme. Following the success of the 2025 graduating class, which saw 49 young Maldivians enter the world of luxury hospitality, the programme continues its legacy of training the next generation of industry professionals.
Established in 2001, the Four Seasons Hospitality Apprenticeship Programme is a government-accredited initiative that has trained over 850 Maldivians across key hospitality disciplines, including food & beverage, front office, maritime transport, engineering, and diving. The programme provides an immersive, hands-on learning experience at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa and Landaa Giraavaru, offering apprentices the opportunity to train under global hospitality experts.
As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, the 2026 programme introduces cutting-edge digital learning modules in partnership with French tech firm 360 Learning. This addition aims to enhance the learning experience and equip apprentices with the latest industry knowledge and skills.
The programme is open to young Maldivians aged 17-20, requiring no prior experience. With a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide a strong foundation in hospitality, the initiative serves as a launchpad for careers in the global luxury hospitality sector.
Screening interviews and information sessions will be conducted across multiple islands, providing interested candidates with insights into the program and the application process.
Four Seasons Resorts Maldives encourages aspiring hospitality professionals to seize this opportunity and take the first step towards a rewarding career in the industry.
