The Nautilus Foundation supports Cancer Society of Maldives in expanding prevention and screening efforts

The Nautilus Foundation, dedicated to advancing community well-being and supporting charitable initiatives across the Maldives, has announced a grant of MVR 150,000 to the Cancer Society of Maldives (CSM) to help strengthen nationwide cancer prevention, screening, and awareness programmes.

The grant underscores the Foundation’s commitment to fostering healthier communities by supporting organisations working at the forefront of public health. The funding will contribute to CSM’s ongoing cancer-related initiatives, including early detection efforts and essential awareness activities.

The Foundation has also confirmed that Manta Aviation will assist with transport arrangements to enable CSM to conduct these vital screening and awareness programmes across the country, further supporting the successful implementation of the initiative.

The Nautilus Foundation remains committed to contributing to national health priorities and supporting projects that strengthen community resilience and well-being. Through partnerships with respected organisations such as the Cancer Society of Maldives, the Foundation continues to advance efforts that bring lasting, positive impact to local communities.

Founded in honour of Dr Ibrahim Umar Maniku, a visionary leader devoted to expanding opportunities for the people of the Maldives, The Nautilus Foundation continues his legacy by empowering a resilient, skilled workforce poised to drive national progress for generations to come.
