The BeKind promotes Luhadi Ramiadi to Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness

The BeKind, a Maldives-based hospitality company owning and operating Fushifaru Maldives and Meyyafushi Maldives, has announced the promotion of Luhadi Ramiadi to Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness.

The appointment marks a new phase in The BeKind’s wellness strategy, with Ramiadi taking responsibility for overseeing spa and wellness operations across the group’s resorts. The company said her promotion reflects its focus on recognising internal talent and strengthening guest wellbeing experiences through experienced leadership.

Ramiadi brings more than two decades of experience in spa and wellness management in the Maldives. She most recently served as Director of Spa & Wellness at Fushifaru Maldives before assuming the cluster role, and has also held senior positions at Meyyafushi Maldives, Sun Siyam Olhuveli and Furaveri Maldives. Her career includes extensive involvement in spa pre-openings, operations management, team development and wellness programme design .

In her current role, Ramiadi is responsible for aligning spa concepts, treatment standards and wellness programming across The BeKind’s portfolio, while supporting operational performance and guest satisfaction. Her background includes managing large spa teams, overseeing hydrotherapy and treatment facilities, and integrating fitness, yoga and holistic wellness offerings into resort experiences.

The BeKind said Ramiadi’s leadership has played a key role in enhancing spa services and reinforcing the group’s commitment to wellness-led hospitality. Her promotion is intended to ensure consistency in service standards while allowing each resort to retain its individual identity.
