Cora Cora Maldives announces leadership promotions across departments

Cora Cora Maldives has announced a series of internal leadership promotions across several departments, recognising the contributions of key team members and reinforcing the resort’s focus on developing talent from within the organisation.

The promotions reflect the resort’s emphasis on operational performance, guest experience, wellness offerings, commercial growth and sustainable management.

Commenting on the appointments, Muizz Mohamed said the resort remains committed to recognising talent and creating opportunities for team members to grow within the organisation. He noted that the promotions highlight the dedication and leadership demonstrated by colleagues and will contribute to strengthening operations while enhancing guest experiences.

Located in Raa Atoll, Cora Cora Maldives features 100 villas, four restaurants and two bars, as well as MOKSHA Spa and Wellbeing Centre, a water sports and diving centre, gym, overwater yoga pavilion, outdoor cinema, CoRa Kids Club, and The Dutch Onion Museum. The resort is accessible via a 45-minute seaplane journey from Velana International Airport or by a 30-minute domestic flight followed by a 20-minute speedboat transfer.

Enrico Gullotto has been promoted from Food and Beverage Manager to Operations Manager. In his new role, he will oversee resort operations with a focus on service innovation, guest experiences and coordination between departments. Gullotto brings more than 20 years of international hospitality experience, having worked in destinations including London, Bali, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and the Middle East.

Nandul Radhakrishnan has been promoted from Revenue Manager to Director of Revenue. In his expanded role, he will focus on revenue growth, increasing market share and strengthening the resort’s commercial strategy. Radhakrishnan brings over a decade of experience in the Maldivian hospitality industry, with expertise in revenue management, reservations and e-commerce.

I Gusti Ayu Ariani has been promoted from Spa and Wellness Manager to Director of Spa. She will oversee the resort’s wellness operations, with a focus on maintaining treatment standards, developing the spa team and expanding holistic wellbeing offerings through treatments, mindfulness practices and personalised wellness experiences.

Ahmed Ali Didi has been promoted from Assistant Chief Engineer to Chief Engineer. In his new position, he will lead the engineering department with a focus on improving energy efficiency, strengthening coastal protection, supporting waste-to-wealth initiatives and advancing sustainable engineering practices across the resort.

Eaman Adam has been promoted from Guest Experience Manager to Front Office Manager. Having joined the resort in 2022 as a Freedom Coach, he later progressed to Front Office Supervisor and Guest Experience Manager. In his new role, he will lead the front office team with a focus on guest satisfaction, personalised service and strengthening the resort’s reputation through positive guest experiences.

Through these appointments, Cora Cora Maldives continues to strengthen its leadership team while supporting professional development opportunities for its employees.
